With its all-new tread pattern, Minion DHR II is the ideal tyre for aggressive gravity riding. With the side studs of the legendary DHF, it has extreme cornering stability. Central, bevelled studs for better acceleration. Notches on the studs improve the transition when turning into curves. Some of the centre studs have a paddle shape, they dig themselves in during hard braking and help to keep the bike under control.

Wire bead core
The bead core must hold the tyre securely on the rim. High-quality wire is very well suited for this - the disadvantages are: Not foldable and slightly heavier (approx. 50 g more).
