the Beaver's tread pattern is ideal for wet and muddy tracks. the dualCompound tread pattern has a harder base compound for low rolling resistance and to stabilize the cleats, while the softer, extremely grippy outer layer ensures best grip on wet rocks and roots. Now available in new sizes and widths, Beaver is the bad weather tyre from the light XC racing tyre to the enduror tyre with sidewall protection.
This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewalls of various MTB tires. It is very densely woven, lightweight and very flexible. Thus the performance of the tires remains convincingly good.
Two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread strip. The arrangement of the compounds is planned according to the desired properties of the tyres.
foldable bead core
Rings made of Kevlar or another aramid fibre also hold the tyres securely on the rim. Reduced weight and easy transport due to small packing size are advantages.
